International calls to mobile phones in certain countries carry higher charges. Check with carrier for details. For single-line business there is no PICC charge. For multi-line business each additional line has a PICC of $4.31. If usage is above $15 a month $2.50 low usage billing fee will be waived. Calls from the Continental U.S. to Alaska or Hawaii have a base rate of 16.9 cents a minute. Inbound tollfree calls from Alaska or Hawaii to the Continental U.S. have a base rate of 24.9 cents a minute. Paper bill available for $1 additional fee per month. Note: Listed rates include 9.9% Network Access Charge which is charged on all usage. PNG rolls the USF charge and other carrier specific fees together into this charge.
