For multi-line business each additional line has a PICC of $4.31. If usage is below $15 a month a billing fee of $2.50 will be added. Outbound direct dial calls from Continental U.S. to Alaska or Hawaii have a base rate of 16.9 cents a minute. Inbound toll free calls from Alaska or Hawaii to the Continental U.S. have a base rate of 24.9 cents a minute. Inbound toll free calls from Canada to the Continental U.S. have a base rate of 35 cents a minute. Note: Listed rates include 9.9% Network Access Charge which is charged on all usage. LDDirect rolls the USF charge and other carrier specific fees together into this charge.
