International calls are billed in 6 second increments with a 30 second minimum except for calls to Mexico which are billed in 1 minute increments. Calling card calls are billed in 6 second increments with a 1 minute minimum per call. Inbound domestic toll free at same rate as domestic outbound is available for a $1 monthly fee.
